Paga Fácil is an M-Pesa service that allows merchants to collect amounts from their sales to customers who have M-Pesa accounts from a mobile device. The merchant can have several cashiers linked to his entity.

To make life even easier for Customers, the service now has zero cost. In other words, there are no additional fees for the Customer whenever they make a payment to the merchant through Paga Fácil.

How to pay at a Paga Fácil merchant?
The service is available through the My M-Pesa application available on Google Play and App Store, as well as on USSD *150#, 6-Payments, 1- Merchant Paga Fácil. Enter the Merchant Code - the merchant code will always be visible to the public at all Paga Fácil merchants.

How to become a Paga Fácil merchant?
It is applicable to all licensed establishments that wish to collect amounts from customers through the M-Pesa service.
To become a Paga Fácil merchant, the candidate must fill out the Paga Fácil service membership form and send it to the email address M-Pesa.Payments@vm.co.mz and or to the physical address Rua dos Desportistas, nº 649, Edifício Vodacom, 1 ° floor.

Requirements to add to the membership form:

Have a physical commercial establishment with a fixed presence (service not applicable to street/semi-street vendors);
Hold a Commercial License.
Identification document of the owner of the establishment.
NUIT (Unique Tax Identification Number);
M-Pesa individual account.
Bank Account in one of the banks integrated with the M-Pesa service (Optional);
