Terms and conditions

  1. No money must be paid to M-Pesa agent by customer.
  2. The service fees will be deduced from customer M-Pesa account.
  3. The minimum amount for reversals is 100 MT. However, Vodafone M-Pesa will only revert the transaction after receiving the authorization from the customer who received the money and if the money is available on second part account. Vodafone M-Pesa will not be held responsible in any case where the money is used by the customer who received the wrong money transfer.
