Voice Add-ons
Voice Offers that can be added to a Smart Plan or to a Smart Light Plan, for monthly and renewable use automatically at the end of each month in the recurring option.
They are available on Smart Plans and Smart Light Plans as of July 7, 2017.
For whom?
Individual and Corporate Customers with Smart and Smart Light plans that want to communicate (by voice) with total comfort, without worrying about the extra consumption.
How do I have it?
- The Individual Client should look for a Vodacom store nearer.
- The Corporate Client must request the addition of the service and the desired package to the respective client manager or can approach a nearest Vodacom store.

Terms and conditions
- The minutes included in the Additives are for monthly use, the minutes not used in the month itself do not transit to the following month.
- After exhausting the minutes of the additive, the standard tariff provided in the Smart Plans (0.083 / Second).
- These recurring packages will be pro-rated in the month of activation and the benefits will be renewed on the first day billing cycle of the concerned customer.
- The customer can activate more than one voice additive in the same month.
