Who benefits from Vodamail?
Vodamail account is available to contract (Fale and Fale Mais Packages) customers. The Vodamail activation is free of charge for contract customers
How does it work?
To subscribe to Vodamail, VM customer must send a request as follows:
- Dial *111#OK or send, and a menu is displayed on mobile screen.
- The customer must press “Answer” and from the displayed menu choose the number that correspond to the language he/she prefers and press OK or Send.
- Then, a list of Value Added Services menu will be displayed, the customer must choose the number 2 to Vodamail option, and by pressing Answer and choose the number 2 and press OK or Send.
A Vodamail Menu will appear with three options, and must select number 1 to activate the Vodamail account.
How to access the Vodamail?
The VM customer must logon to the Vodamail address (www.vodamail.co.mz) by using the normal “Username (CELLPHONE NUMBER) & Password” and validation process in the system.
It can be accessed via the customer’s cellphone or the web mail interface.
When is the Vodamail account activated?
The account is only activated once the subscriber has logged onto the Vodamail address and inserted the username (CELLPHONE NUMBER) and password received for the first time.

- The only service with a mailbox capacity up to 20.000 (100 MB).
- The only service with e-mail capacity of 10 MB.
- The e-mail account allows you to create up to 5 different addresses (aliases).
