How do these packages work?

You can use with your modem the same SIM card that you use for voice calls and you can use the same recharge for voice calls and for surfing without losing any benefit associated to the recharge.

To recharge:

  • Send R [space] Voucher PIN to 84162.

To buy MB:

  • Send a text message with the desired amount to 84162. Eg: Send 49 to 84162 to purchase the package of 125 MB. or;
  • Type *162*desired amount#OK. Eg: *162*95#OK to purchase the daily package of 250 MB.

To check the balance:

  • Send a text message with the word BALANCE or with the letter B to 84162, or
    type *100*03# OK.

To query available packages:

  • Send a text message with the word DAY or MONTH for 84 162. Eg: Send DAY for 84162 to know all daily packages.

Terms and Conditions

  • These offers apply only to prepaid and Hybrid;
  • A notification will be sent three days before the package expires (not applicable for daily packages);
  • The validity of MB accumulates according to the rule of greatest benefit to the customer.
